Is a camping pass per-person or per-tent/car/RV?
Camping passes are per-tent/car or RV. Each person at campsite must have a paid festival ticket to enter festival grounds and to enjoy any of the festival amenities. Camping and festival passes available online or at the gate.
May I park my vehicle next to my tent/RV?
Yes, you may park next to your tent/camper; however, any guests visiting your campsite must park in General Parking and pay the General Parking Fee. Only one vehicle (none-sleeping unit) per campsite.
You sure can! All vehicle campers must park in Tent and/or Vehicle camping area and not General Parking. Camping is not allowed in the General Parking area.
May I bring my VW bus or travel trailer?
Definitely! You will just need to purchase an RV pass. Each person at campsite must have a festival ticket to enter festival grounds and enjoy any of the festival amenities.
There is plenty of space for everyone.
Can I buy a camping pass at the festival?
Yes, at the gate.
Do I need a camping pass to enter the camping area?
You will need a camping pass to enter any camping areas and a paid festival ticket. Festival tickets may be purchased at the Camp Gate.
We ask everyone to be respectful of all camping guests. Curfew is 12:30 a.m.
Power will not be provided for individual camping spots; however, generators are welcomed.
No hook-ups are provided.
Will there be handicap-accessible parking?
There will be handicap accessible camping parking near the shuttle drop off area.
Campers may park their vehicle next to their camp area. All non-campers are to park in General Parking.
When may I check in/out to the camping area?
Campgrounds open at 10 am on Friday. All campers must be checked out by 12 pm Sunday. Only VIP sponsors may check in to campground early this year.
If I don’t check in on Friday, will I have a spot?
If you bought a pass ahead of time, we will be sure to have room for you! Camping areas are first come first serve. No areas are reserved
There will be Food Trucks located inside the festival grounds. Food Truck hours are Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. and Saturday 2 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. Food Vendors have the option to remain open from 11 p.m. to 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday immediately following the headliner performance. SCR Beer Gardens Tent will remain open during that window of time also.
May I buy supplies? Wood, ice, etc.
Campers need to bring their own supplies. We encourage campers to shop for their supplies at our local Trenton Hy-Vee or any of the four gas store Locations:

There will be port-a-potties scattered throughout the camping areas and festival grounds.
Definitely! We have a limit of one case of beer, one box of wine and one bottle of liquor per campsite. Remember, no glass allowed. No alcohol can be brought into the festival grounds. Just in the campgrounds. The Jim Beam Grain Bin will provide a variety of cocktails, The Beer Garden inside the festival grounds will provide beer and the Wine Tent will offer wine.
What items are prohibited in campgrounds?
These items ARE NOT allowed into the campgrounds:

NO Glass
Please don’t bring any glass into the campgrounds. Festival takes place on the beautiful 70 acre-grounds of the Black Silo Winery in rural Trenton, so please also refrain from bringing styrofoam and please recycle everything you can. -
NO Pyro Stuff
No tiki torches, fireworks or the like, please. -
NO RVs in Tent Campground Area
We have a separate RV Campground area. -
NO Pets
We adore our pets too, but please don’t bring your animals. -
NO Selling Stuff
No unlicensed vending or sponsor tents are allowed in our campgrounds.
No, firepits are not allowed. No open fire on premises.
Yes. Children 10 and younger are free and do not require a paid festival pass.
There will be security onsite 24/7, but don’t risk leaving valuables in vehicles and camping area. Mid-America Music Festival, Black Silo Winery & Black Silo Foundation representatives will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. All camping attendees are subject to search upon entry.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Feel free to bring your own food and drink into campgrounds; however, campfire stoves that run on propane or charcoal are NOT allowed. No open fire is allowed on premises.

Do camping passes come with festival tickets?
Camping passes are not included with Festival Passes. All campers must have a paid festival pass to enter camping grounds. Options are Daily Passes, 2-Day General Admission Passes or VIP Sponsor Passes & VIP Perks start at and are tax- deductible. Visit MidAmericaMusic.com for ticket details.
Are there trees around campsites to hang hammocks?
No, the Black Silo Winery grounds are a wide-open space on 70 beautiful acres.
How many tents are allowed per campsite?
There is no limit on tent number or size per campsite. Each camping area is first come first serve within their boundaries, there are no set plots/campsites per person. Every person camping needs a camping wristband for the camping area.
Who do I contact if I have an issue while camping?
To contact camping security, please seek security official. For emergencies, call 911. There is a medical tent on festival grounds for medical emergencies, staffed only during festival hours.
