It’s the perfect space to take a break from jamming your face off. While you’re there shop and take home some keepsakes that are sure to remind you of the Mid-America Music Festival.

Mid-America Music Festival

Each application is reviewed by our staff to determine if it is an appropriate fit for our event and mission. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, so please apply as soon as possible to ensure your spot.
Applicant Key Elements:
· Products align with the vision for this year’s Mid-America Music Festival. We strive to include vendors making a positive social impact that also provide a unique product for festival goers.

o Repurposed creations and designs, original art, vintage items, clothing, jewelry, outdoor furnishings, consumable delights, seasonal plantings and more.

· Items priced appropriately for our Festival guests. Items most popular with guests range between $1-$200

· Display of product and brand appearance is professionally represented in the event space. We will require a sample visual display prior to application acceptance.

· No Networking Marking Vendors are allowed.


$250 includes vendor space for two days, access to water & four, 2-Day Festival Passes (Festival Passes Value $300)

Electricity may be added for an additional fee of $75 

All non-food vendors will receive a 20' x 20' space. A larger space may be requested in advance.

Vendors must provide their own tent, table and chairs

Vendors are allowed to sell any brand of water, soda & sports drinks

Vendors keep 100% of their proceeds during the festival

Electricity Available: 50amp, 30amp, and multiple 110 outlets

Festival Dates & Vendor Row Hours

All vendors are required to be set-up and ready for business by Friday, July 19, 2019 at 3:00 pm.  Vendors may begin setting up for the event at 10 am on Friday.  Vendor load out will take place on Sunday, July 21 by 4:00 pm.  Due to the festival schedule, vendors can expect to be open for 8 to 10 hours a day.

Gates open to the public on Friday, July 19 at 3 pm and Saturday, July 20 at 12 pm.  Bands start Friday at 4 pm and Saturday at 2 pm; headliners take the stage at 10 pm each night.  Fireworks show follows Saturday's performance.
